I am a soldier of this Indian Soil,
When I step outside my home;
With lots of responsibilities on my shoulders.
If I die in a war zone fighting the invaders,
Wrap me in the tricolor flag because it is more than an honor;
Put my medals on my chest, tell my family not to shed tears.
Oh! Citizens we are your fathers, brothers, and sons wearing the boots and carrying guns,
Being a martyr for this great country is more than achieving anything in life;
It's the pain in my chest which will make my country proud.
In the distinct skies our aircrafts soar...
On the waters, our battle ships roar...
Showing no mercy to the enemy, we forge like a fearless lion.
Either I will come back after hoisting the Tricolor, or I will come back wrapped in it, but I will surely comeback.
Beneath each uniform, beats a heart that is soft and warm;
The beating drums will announce our victory, these mouths cannot judge our parameters of victory.
These eyes never feared the death or enemy, they are always ready for facing death in the war zone.
Oh! My motherland I was fortunate enough to be born in your soil, I repaid each and every debt embrace me with your open arms.
Because I am a soldier of this Indian Soil.
I am the soldier of this Indian Soil.
