Why is International Yoga Day Celebrated ??
By following Prime Minister Modi's Proposal 21 June was marked as the International Yoga Day because it is the longest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere it was proposed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his speech at the UNGA in 2014.
During the ongoing pandemic , many people adopted the meditation routine to get rid of their stress and anxiety and have achieved required results like calm mind and cheerful mood .
Human Body is made up of chakras and while doing yoga each chakra present in you gets targeted and rejuvenates you after you are done with the yogic practice . So, this yoga day let's pledge together for a healthy , happier and a better you and believe in yourself . Take out time for yourself and do not stress .
