Stress is a state of mind in which we overthink the situations which occurred in our life it keeps on circulating in our mind in the current phase of covid-19 everybody our locked in their houses and are always getting bored and suffer from stress as an empty mind is a devil's workshop.
Here are a few tips which you can adopt to keep yourself encouraged and divert your mind from such thoughts -:
1) Read your favorite book/novel.
2) Always keep on meditating.
3) Spend time in balcony or terrace enjoying the fresh monsoon air.
4) Learn to cook / Learn a new recipe.
5) Dance to keep your mood yourself filled with energy.
6) Listen to your favorite music.
7) Paint and draw.
8) Enjoy a cup of coffee with your family.
9) Watch a thrilling/action/romance/horror/comedy movies or web series to keep you entertained.
10) Pray to God and chant to save us from covid-19.
11) Eat healthy and exercise .
12) Stop overthinking and keep smiling.
13) Listen to motivational speakers (read my blogs as well đ) .
MORAL : Always when any bad thoughts arise in your mind divert it by saying who cares đ
At this point of lock down we keep on thinking rubbish which is not appropriate and important for our mental health and stress can happen to any person either healthy or not . Keep your mind engaged in good thoughts and innovative ideas and also fix your mind on God .
So stay healthy , stay positive and stay enthusiastic.
