Key to human happiness is self - peace

Hello readers, welcome to my new article series on self - care I hope you all will love these articles.
Self- peace is the key to human satisfaction, in this fast - paced world we all are busy in a rat race constantly running behind fake happiness and virtues; our desires are the biggest cause of suffering. Self peace can only be attained when we have complete control over our thoughts, attaining self- peace is the ultimate goal of human life today, many people are suffering from so many mental health issues like stress, depression and anxiety but, we ignore it because at the end we know that nobody will be standing beside us holding our hand in the most difficult phase of our life.
Many great personalities like Gautam Buddha to Mahatma Gandhiji guided us towards the path of attaining self - peace, many of us fail at this very stage of life where you are stuck in a box and you don't know how to get out of that box so many emotions are continuously flowing and occupying your mind that's when you need support but when you look around everything is dull and dark.
People are not on an equal platform for reaching the stage of self- peace they haven't trained their mind to look for a positive side in every difficult situation, aggression is another reason that an individual is not in a condition to attain the highest platform of self- peace. We forget the thin line difference between 'dhira' and 'adhira' as per the Indian scriptures many great sages said that "a person who loses his/her calm in the battlefield of life, has lost the war before even fighting in the war".
As Lord Krishna says in Bhagvad Gita "keep doing your karma and do not care about its result" we should be motivated because winning and losing are all a part of life and if you put your heart and soul into any work assigned to you will be able to learn something out of that particular task and assignment always chasing the fruitive actions can hamper your mental peace and you will start becoming restless.
Self - peace and happiness go hand in hand, if a person is fully satisfied and he/ she is happy in their life then they can easily attain the highest form of life, self- peace is not at all related to external factors it is always present on the inside embrace yourself and try to connect with yourself and accept your flaws with open arms, morning meditation always does the trick to keep you away from anxiety and stress.
Maintain a diary or journal down your emotions, this is the best trick if you don't want to share your emotions with everyone around you loving yourself is the most important thing in life what you tell yourself matters a lot if you say positive words then your mind will act accordingly because we forget who we are and often we question our capabilities by looking at other people we fail to understand that we are unique in our own way.
Being grateful for all that you have in life is another way to achieve self- peace as grateful individuals are more likely to notice positivity and they also appreciate what all is happening in their life. People who are grateful don't fear the challenges in their life they are less attracted towards materialistic goals than the general population, we always want to pull down others because they are better than us, we are not at all grateful to the universe who has granted us this beautiful life we are envious because that person is perfect that's when we lose our self- peace and we are guided towards evil doings .
So, next time when you feel low then just remind yourself "how precious you are to your loved ones and no one can perform your role better than you."


Some people can make you feel low but if you trust yourself then there is no stepping back in life, start living a stress free and a carefree life.
