Have you ever tried to focus on what are thoughts ??

For each one of us there is a different meaning of thoughts .

Thoughts can vary from a person to person and also based on different circumstances , some people keep on thinking about a particular incident and sometimes are unable to forget it for their whole life .

On the other hand , other people just forget what had actually happened in their life , thoughts form our personality and transform us as a person who we really are good thoughts always cheer us to live a better life filled with opportunities inside our pockets .

Nowadays , some people suffer a lot based upon their thinking and end up getting a lot of mental health issues as it is always quoted ' the deeper you think the deeper you sink ' based on other opinions , the circumstances which were never under your control why to keep on thinking of them and always remember that facing any problem inside can be very fatal for us and our health as sometimes what you think also affects your physical health .

Here are some tips and measures by which you can be a healthy person :

Tip 1 - If you face a bad day then drop those memories of the day in that particular area of the incident or the premises or talk to a person whom you trust , write it down , meditate to calm yourself .

Tip 2 - While you are facing a lot of trouble with such thoughts just listen to music , motivational speeches , dance and do beat boxing .

Tip 3 - To freshen up your mood take right amount of rest and drink lavender tea .

Tip 4 - Go for a walk or watch a movie .

Tip 5 - Do not keep your emotions enclosed to yourself only , speaking to someone will not make you small in front of others .

Tip 6 - Do not stress yourself with unwanted thoughts .

Tip 7 - Give yourself a break and go on a vacation with people you love to travel with , watch comedy shows .

Tip 8 - Stay away from people who make you feel depressed .

Your friends cannot be the only ones you can rely on convey your problems with your parents and at some point of time try to add spirituality as it gives you inner peace and makes you stronger and never consider yourself as a weakling you are stronger than you think .
